HAPPY READING!

After almost an eternity I am back at writing blogs finallllly!!!!!!! To be very honest a lot was going on in these months. To start off I had my school fest in October, followed by my annual sports, then came my pre-boards after which my board examinations began which ended on this Monday. Now finally I have some Time to Focus on my blogging, running, photography etc.....

But yes these months have been quite challenging and tortuous(full of twists and turns) but still I am glad that I could face all these challenges with utter confidence, comfort and ease. In these few months I have understood the importance of sports in my life and the massive impact that it has had on me over the years. I have not been going for my training or morning run/cycling for 4 months now due to my studies. Although I do regret this but then you know sometimes it is better to focus on one thing at a time rather than running into everything and trying to do everything at once because,

"If You try to control everything,                                                                                                             you may end up controlling nothing."

So without further ado let's dig straight into our topic for today i.e. The essence of sports in a student's life. So I'll be listing down 4 points which I feel is important and help you understand what I am trying to convey.

  • INSPIRES YOU TO DO GOOD:

When you are into sports you tend to develop various qualities such as cooperating with others, helping others and also helps you to develop an eagerness to learn more from seniors which in turn helps you to improve your own performance that is when you try to put all your learnings to use in your life.  With this many people develop a certain sense of leadership by frequently discovering abilities which they had never known that they possessed. And when you tick all these boxes I am sure that you will turn out to be a good inspiration for your juniors. So yes with the help of sports a student develops leadership qualities which they use to inspire and motivate themselves and others.

SPORTS TEACHES YOU DISCIPLINE, COMMUNICATION AND HARDWORK.

  • LIFE CHANGING ATTITUDES:

When you are into sports you are bound to develop habits such as working hard relentlessly, never give up on anything and most importantly you understand that in life you've got to work hard in order to get rewards they won't come to you by yourself you've got to earn them. I can relate very much with this as I myself have seen my academic graph shoot up like anything in 3-4 years ever since I have been associated with sports. Like when I was in standard 9 I failed miserably in mathematics in the first term like I got very-very less marks. Obviously I was broken and felt a certain fear when I saw my mathematics text book like I always felt as to what would happen if I solved a few problems, in short I was having a lot of self-doubt. In order4 to clear my mind I started running in the morning and trust me when I say this it has completely changed my life. I saw people working really hard in the training ground and that's when I realised that it is very important to fight your fears all you need is a bit of hard work and courage. I started practicing mathematics regularly and always thought that I would never quit and continue to grind no matter how tough it gets. I still carry on this belief and whenever I think of giving up on something, my inner conscious just tells me not to and forces me to just stick to what I am doing and yes I do get my desired results. And this never give up attitude will for sure help you a lot in your student life. I would like to share one advice with you all which I got from my senior, he said
" If you find something difficult stick to them more closely."

WHEN YOU ARE INTO SPORETS YOU DEVELOP A NEVER-GIVE-UP ATTITUDE AND TRY TO STICK TO THINGS NO MATTER HOW TOUGH THEY BECOME.

  • HELPS YOU TO BECOME MORE FOCUSED :
As a student the most important thing that you require is focus and I am pretty sure that most of you lack it. So let me suggest you something if you want to become more focused and concentrated and do not want your mind to keep thinking about thousand other things when you are studying or trying to understand something, the best that you can do to regain your concentration and focus is that you can pick up a sport and practice or play it regularly, trust me if you do this you are sure to become more focused and concentrated. You surely will score better grades and will excel in sports as well as studies. Trust me try this and you will see the results gradually.

STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT EXERCISE INCREASES BLOOD FLOW TO THE BRAIN AND HELPS THE BODY BUILD MORE CONNECTION BETWEEN NERVES, LEADING TO INCREASED CONCENTRATION AND ENHANCED MEMORY.

  • IMPROVES MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FITNESS:

Playing sports helps to strengthen your bones. It helps you to improve aid coordination, balance and flexibility. Many sports can help improve stamina and concentration. Most importantly it helps to increase the production of endorphins in your brain which are your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters. Sports play an indispensable role in improving mental health as it helps in overcoming stress , depression and anxiety while improving the quality of sleep and living standards. Once you have acquired all these aspects they will eventually help you to become a happy, confident, focused and energized human being.

SPORTS AND OTHER FORMS OF PHYSICAL CTIVITIES SURELY HELP YOU TO EASE SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND STRESS.

With this I would like to put a full stop on today's blog. I hope that you got to learn many new things about the importance of sports in your life as a student. I would be very happy if you make sports a very important part of your life and improve yourself as a student.
