So if you have been reading my previous blogs you would have noticed that I have stressed on getting up early in the morning for students. But I may not have been clear to you all in what all you can do by getting up in the morning, so here I am sharing with you 5 productive things that you can do in the morning to make the most out of your day. So let's begin!
Going for an early morning walk or run is the best thing that one can do to start off their day on a good note. Various studies have shown that your multi-tasking skills improve dramatically when you listen to songs while walking because your brain is the most active when you wake up in the morning and go for a walk/run. For all my athlete friends I would prefer you all to start your day on the training ground itself rather than training in the late evenings. Because when you run in the morning there is a sense of calmness and peacefulness in the air which would slowly help you become a much more calmer and positive person.
GOING FOR MORNING WALKS/RUN ON A REGULAR BASIS HELPS YOU TO BOSST YOUR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL STRENGTH AND AT THE SAME TIME HELPS YOU TO PREVENT WEIGHT GAIN.
Black tea is made from the leaves of a bush called Camellia sinensis. It has caffeine as well as other stimulants and antioxidants. It is proven to increase attention span and helps in better metabolism. It also prevents the risk of future complications which come with age. However it is advised to be taken 5 days in a week.

- MEDITATION & BREATHING EXERCISES:
Regardless of whether you are into the habit of overthinking or not or whether you have anxiety or panic attacks, meditation is so far the best thing that a person can do to gain control over their mind peace and body. Performing breathing exercises for at least 10-15 minutes every day helps you to find inner peace and mental stability. Plug in your earphones and listen to low-pitched calm and soothing songs while performing breathing exercises or while meditating. Performing breathing exercises or meditation in the open air is the best option. People suffering from asthma or other respiratory issues are advised to perform breathing exercises only after consulting their doctors respectively.
DOING MEDITATION ON A DAILY BASIS HELPS YOU FIGHT TENSIONS, STRESS AND DEPRESSION.
Book reading is another activity which you can do when you get up in the morning. It might sound very silly to wake up early in the morning to read a book. But that's certainly not the case, book reading early in the morning helps you gain valuable insights and also helps you start the day motivated and inspired. Another reason why you should be reading books in the morning is because during the morning your concentration power will be at it's peak and if you continue reading books over a period of time slowly and steadily your attention power will increase.
READING BOOKS IN THE MORNING HELPS YOUR BRAIN TO PERFORM IN A MUCH FOCUSED AND STABLE MANNER ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
If you are facing time management issues then you should surely try to write down your plans for the day on a piece of paper in the morning. This is very important for you in order to stay focused and not get distracted by other things during the day as you would be clear in your head about what all you have to do during the day and at the same time you will start working in a planned manner and not in a haphazard way.
PLANNING YOUR DAY IN THE MORNING BRINGS IN A SENSE OF FOCUS WITHIN YOU AND AT THE SAME TIME HELPS YOU START YOUR DAY PLANNED.
