HAPPY READING!

Many students all over the world are always into studies or rather we can say that they are bookworms. Which is not at all good as a student it is always important for you to have variety in your everyday student life because of which many students get into co-curricular activities like singing, dancing, football, athletics etc. It is very important for a student to realise that there lives should not be limited to only studying they should always try out different things most preferably sports, dancing, singing etc. This will not only help them in releasing a bit of stress but at the same time it would also help them in developing an interest to build their careers in the co-curricular activity in which they are participating and at the same time they will be lucky enough to have two options in which they can make a career. If plan A fails then they will always have a plan B.

So here I list down a few reasons as to why every student should try to run

  • RELEASE STRESS:
If you are very stressed about your studies or you don't feel like studying every day running in the morning or in the evening is the best option for you. It is most preferable for you to run in the morning as it is that time of the day when your energy levels is at its peak. Running regularly for many days in the morning will help you to release some pressure about your studies and at the same time would help you to study during the day as it has been suggested by many reports that running every day would make you feel energetic as the first thing that you do in the morning is burn calories by running.

RUNNING EVERY DAY HELPS YOU TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND AT THE SAME TIME IT ALSO HELPS YOU TO INCREASE MENTAL FOCUS AND IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL CONDITIONS JUST IN CASE YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION.

  • BURN CALORIES:
Running every day will help students to burn calories and would prevent the risk of them suffering from obesity at a very young age. Running every day would always help the body to release a hormone named 'ENDORPHIN'. These endorphins interact with the receptors of your brain that helps you to reduce perceptions of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body similar to the Morphin . If a student is fit it will also help them feel good and at the same time would help them to focus and concentrate more on studies. Students  can also try out sprinting if they want to get into intense workout sessions. but it is always advisable to take advises on how to sprint properly from a senior or your school games teacher. It is said by WHO that burning 300 calories per day is enough to get a lean and fit body physique.

RUNNING IS THE BEST WORKOUT FOR BURNING CALORIES AS IT HELPS TO INCREASE FLEXIBILITY AND ALSO HELPS TO IMPROVE ENDURANCE.

  • HELPS IN SETTING UP THE BASE FOR MEDITATION EXERCISES:
Slowly and steadily when you start running for a long period of time you will also be inclined towards performing meditation exercises which will help you to improve mental health and stability. Running along with meditation will help boost your productivity while studying as by running you will be energetic and by meditation you will be more focused while you are studying. It is best that after you run and after you are done with your cool down exercises you start off with your meditation exercises. To name a few of these exercises: Pranayam , Pursed lip breathing, Belly breathing, Alternate nostril breathing etc.

RUNNING ACCOMPANIED BY BREATHING EXERCISES WILL HELP YOU TO CONTROL STRESS,  ANXIETY AND ANGER.

  • HELPS IN DEVELOPMENT OF MUSCLES AND PREVENTS RISK OF DISEASES:
Running on a regular basis will help you in developing and strengthening your bones, muscles and ligaments and will prevent your risk of having any future diseases such as diabetes, obesity, heart complications etc. And you might even know that if you start running as a hobby it might just shape up your entire life by helping  you become an athlete!

IT IS SAID ACCORDING TO CERTAIN REPORTS THAT RUNNING REGULARLY WOULD REDUCE 45% CHANCES OF YOU SUFFERING FROM A HEART ATTACK OR A STROKE.

With that I come to an end to today's blog. I am stressing upon running as it will not only help you to increase your focus in your studies but at the same time it will also help you to increase your fitness levels and perform in a much better way in case you are already playing a sport. And it is always said that
"RUNNING IS THE MOTHER OF ALL SPORTS."

Thus I would like to conclude toady's blog on that note hope you all enjoyed reading it and you got to learn the importance of running in  your life as a student.

THANK YOU❤️❤️
